Less Body Fat
Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) is a fatty acid, found naturally in beef and dairy . The total proportion of CLA in goat milk was found to be 62% higher than that found in the cow milk . A Journal of Nutrition study showed that CLA can reduce body fat. These results are from the large study, and confirm previous findings from human studies showing that CLA improves body composition by reducing body fat and supporting lean muscle growth , . Another recent study concluded that CLA supplementation resulted in an increase in lean body mass and a decrease in body fat mass when we simultaneously do regular weight-bearing exercise .
Vitamin D is essential to our bone health and improves both calcium absorption in the gut and helps maintain calcium and phosphate concentrations for normal hardening of our bone .
Vitamin D increases calcium uptake by our muscles. Vitamin D also stimulates the release of calcium in the muscle to maintain appropriate muscle contraction .
