Warming & Healing Hot Chocolate

INGREDIENTS

 

½ tsp fresh ginger, grated

3 Tbsp Kabrita Full Cream Goat Milk Powder, reconstituted with 1 cup luke warm water

2 Tbsp raw cacao powder

½ tsp cinnamon

⅛ tsp sea salt

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 Tbsp raw honey

1 Tbsp coconut oil

 

METHOD

 

  1. In a small sauce pan over medium heat add water and grated ginger. Allow to simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. Cool to a maximum of 60°C, add and stir in Kabrita Goat Milk Powder.
  3. Combine the cacao, salt and spices together, then whisk into warmed milk.
  4. Stir in the vanilla, honey and coconut oil.
  5. Strain into a mug and enjoy!
