Makes 1-2 servings
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 medium fresh or frozen banana
½ cup fresh or frozen pineapple (or ½ cup apple, chopped)
1½ cups fresh spinach or kale
¼ cup rolled oats
1 tbsp Sunflower seeds
1 cup Kabrita Full Cream Goat Milk, reconstituted
3-4 ice cubes (optional)
Water or coconut water to thin
Optional: ½ -1 tsp. grated ginger
1. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
2. If too thick, add water to thin.
