SHIPPING IS FREE FOR ALL ORDERS OVER R1000.00 IN SOUTH AFRICA.

SHIPPING VIA COURIER

Kabrita South Africa makes use of independent Courier Companies for their delivery services. We strive to deliver your order as soon as possible. Deliveries usually take place within two to three working days from when funds reflect in our bank account. Check the status of your order in your “My Orders” page.

Deliveries are door to door. Please make sure you indicate the correct delivery address in the shipping address section when you place your order.

Tip! Are you rarely at home? Let your order be delivered at work, with family or friends.

DELIVERY TIME & PARTIAL DELIVERIES

We strive to deliver your order within 7 to 10 working days. The expected delivery time is indicated on the site per article. When your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number. This way you can see exactly where your parcel is and when it will be delivered.

Please note deliveries do not take place over weekends or public holidays.

LATE DELIVERY

We do our utmost to deliver orders within the committed delivery time. When a delivery is delayed, we try to notify you as soon as possible. Check the status of your order in your account.

NOT AVAILABLE ARTICLES

We aim to deliver all items ordered. If an article is not available, you will be notified by email. We will make sure that the order amount will be refunded to your account within two to three days working days.
